In this yoga class you will learn basic breath techniques, fundamental yoga poses, key technical aspects of poses and variations for those fundamental poses for your unique body. At the conclusion of this class, you will feel confident walking into any Kaia yoga class, knowing how to make the yoga poses offered feel good in your body. This series is perfect for novices and those who have stepped away from their mat for sometime and would like a refresher.
