The Greenwich studio is our original Kaia Yoga Center. Located at the historic mill, tucked between the strength of the forest and the flow of the Byram River on the border of Westchester and Greenwich right off Merritt Parkway. This center provides two yoga studios with a complete schedule of classes.
Underground garage parking: Pull into the driveway, when entering the garage - turn left (before going up ramp) Spots available by entryway, take the elevator to Level M* , exit the building and turn left. Kaia front entrance is around the corner.
Parking also available in front of the main studio building and to the left (Residents only between 6pm-6am) and parking lot next to Bambou.
