Kaia Signature Flow
Pick a time and day that works for you for a private one on one with one of our Kaia Yoga instructors. We offer prices based on tiers of experience. A great way to kickstart your yoga practice and learn the basics or work on specific goals and needs.

Hot Yoga
Do you love hot yoga but want the attention of a one on one private yoga session? Vinyasa or yin style yoga privates are offered in the hot room for an additional $30!

Yin / Stretch / Restorative
This 60 min one on one session can be a combination of yin, stretch, and restorative yoga. This class incorporates pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Complementary to other more vigorous yoga styles and sports.

Yoga Together
A session geared towards friends that want to motivate each other or couples that want some quality time together.. A two person session can be tailored towards both your needs.

Kid's Private Yoga
Kids face a lot of stress and yoga teaches them the tools to cope with it. A fun class that will leave your kids energized and calm.

Kaia Yoga’s Mentoring Programs are designed to give guidance, support, direction, and feedback and build a unique, confident, embodied, creative, and courageous practitioner and teacher. Take a break just for you through this guide relaxation. Nidra means sleep. This meditation and restful practice takes you through a full body relaxation coupled with restorative breathing techniques to bring about a deep state of rest for your nervous system and overall well being.
