The increasingly popular practice of Yin Yoga is a great complement to our active lifestyles, yoga practices, and other physical activities. Yin Yoga uses deep, healing body work to improve joint mobility and range of motion, relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and the effect of stress and overuse, quiet the mind, and encourage a mind-body connection. Join us for this foundation level Yin Yoga Teacher Training, which will introduce you to skills and provide you with information needed to offer Yin Yoga classes and incorporate Yin elements into other yoga classes, your personal practice, and your daily life.
