Build strength and confidence as you turn your world upside down!
In this 90 minute workshop, we’ll work on strength, flexibility, and improving balance. We will begin with a warming flow in preparation for headstands, forearm balances, and handstands.
There will be modifications for all levels with use of props and the wall… with the goal to eventually get off of the wall! Let’s shift our perspective, have some fun, and use our hands like our feet!
We recommend that you are able to hold a plank for a minimum of 30 seconds and can make it through a power vinyasa class.
