Brianne Barrett Usui Reiki Master has been offering Reiki since 2007. Brianne offers her many years and hours of experience to you for the foundation to begin using this healing practice. You will learn the first level of channeling and Reiki energy through the lense and tool box of Usui Reiki to begin working in this healing modality. Reiki is used for self-care and to help family and friends. Reiki is a tool that nicely compliments other healing practices such as massage and yoga. Moving energy through reiki practices elevates other self care and work to heal.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that works on both the physical and energetic body. Reiki is a practice of balance, releasing and enhancing one's own energy body in order to promote the most healing possible. It is believed that when in balance we have the ability to heal ourselves. Reiki brings in Universal energy to make the most self healing possible.

In this training you will be attuned to the first level of Usui Reiki. Trainees will work together to practice Reiki giving feedback on the experience and what was perceived. Trainees will have practice homework required to receive full certification in the first level.
