DAY 1 - THE FOUNDATIONS
Discuss The Kaia Yoga Method
Learn the 4 Themes: Philosophical, Physical, Alignment, Peak Pose
Review of the Asanas (with strong focus on alignments and variations)
DAY 2 - THE INTERACTIVE APPLICATION
Put in place what you learned
Create a dynamically sequenced class using the 4 themes
Practice, Practice, Practice. Teaching. You will practice teach what you’ve learned.
