Teresa Soule
Teresa Soule, RYT200 was born and raised in CT. She traveled in her earlier years and has lived in a couple of different places including New Hampshire, North Carolina and at one point – her car! Yoga has been a huge part of her life since she discovered it in her early twenties. A self-taught yogi, she didn’t have any formal training until she started attending regular classes in 2017. Over the past 20 years, her yoga practice has evolved and she found that through the different limbs of yoga, she could reduce her anxiety and bring a sense of peace to her otherwise busy world. Once she began attending classes at a regular cadence, she realized that there was a new path beckoning for her: she needed to deepen her practice and bring yoga to others. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bloom Yoga School in Southington. She has also completed Yin Yoga training with Breanna Ferguson and Travis Elliot. Her classes unite the breath with physical movement, allow for stillness between poses, and aim to leave you feeling taken care of from head to toe. She offers a variety of pose options for all bodies. She teaches from the heart and enjoys leading lively flow classes that get the heart pumping as well as gentle classes that ease the mind and soothe the soul. Beyond yoga, she enjoys gardening and communing with nature. Teresa graduated from Goodwin University with her RN degree in 2012 and works as a nurse educator. She travels her life’s path with her husband, 3 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and a bearded dragon."
