I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. I received my training through Kaia Yoga in 2019 and am now working on a 300-hour certification. I am teaching Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
I was a new mom when I discovered a little yoga book in my parents’ library. I started practicing yoga poses every evening when I put my two kids to bed. For many years, simple yoga poses became part of my everyday routine. I started pursuing yoga professionally with Gena Norman at Kaia Studio in 2016 and found a deeper connection with my physical body and spirituality.
I believe, Yoga is the transformation of body, mind, and spirit. It is endless in physical and spiritual aspects. Yoga helped me discover many things about myself and found my capabilities to be limitless. Practicing mindfulness meditation and pranayama, you can find your own physical and spiritual path. By taking full inhale and exhale every day, you can free yourself from anything that’s holding you back.
I never thought I’d teach, but as I grew deeper into yoga spirituality, I wanted to share my experience with others. I strongly believe that the effort we put forward on a mat will transform both body and mind by practicing authenticity.
We learn to listen to our body and honor what it’s asking of us in the moment.
