Yoga Tune Up For a Healthy Practice: Knees, Hips and Legs

These specialized workshops will cover asana variations focusing on a different areas of the body for each session.

Each workshop will begin with a brief introduction and discussion, followed by an hour-long asana practice focusing on

providing a variety of options on each pose to strengthen your personal practice.

Who would benefit from this program?

  • all yogis and yoga teachers

  • anyone who is new to yoga

  • anyone who has injured themselves in a yoga class or other activity

  • anyone who yoga was recommended to help with a chronic condition

  • anyone interested in deepening their understanding of asana (pose) alignment

Session Dates: Session 1: June 24 | Shoulders, Elbows, Wrists

Session 2: July 29 | Knees, Hips, Legs

Session 3: August 26 | Spine & Back

Each session will be taught by expert anatomy teacher, Joe Miller

Location: Darien

Times: 10am-11:15am

Cost per Session: Early Bird $45 | 2 weeks before $55
