In this yoga series, you will learn basic breath techniques, fundamental yoga poses, key technical aspects of poses, and variations for those fundamental poses for your unique body. At the conclusion of this series, you will feel confident walking into any Kaia yoga class, knowing how to make the yoga poses offered to feel good in your body. This series is perfect for novices and those who have stepped away from their mat for some time and would like a refresher.
May 4th, 11th, and 18th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm

*Rachel will be hosting in Mamaroneck & Lisa will be hosting in Westport both are non-hot rooms*
