More about Yin Yoga
The increasingly popular practice of Yin Yoga uses deep restorative body work to improve joint mobility and range of motion, relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and the effects of stress and overuse.
Yin’s quiet stillness is a great complement to our other Yang practices, activities, and hectic lifestyles. This master class introduces yoga teachers and students to Yin Yoga and incorporating Yin elements into their practice.
