Restorative Yoga Workshop: Cultivating Deep Relaxation and Healing

Enjoy a deeper practice with soothing poses, breathwork, and an in-depth discussion on restorative yoga principles.

No prior yoga experience required. All levels welcome.

Investment: Early Bird pricing $45 | after March 10 $60

Join us for a transformative Restorative Yoga Workshop designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your body and mind. In this nurturing, supportive environment, we will explore gentle, restorative postures that are held for longer periods, supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to encourage deep relaxation.

Restorative yoga is not about exertion or pushing your limits but about surrendering into stillness and allowing your body to heal. This workshop will guide you through a series of carefully curated poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting rest, rejuvenation, and mental clarity. You’ll be gently led into each posture with mindful movement and breathing to calm the mind, ease tension, and deepen your sense of inner peace.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers a space to restore your energy, soothe your nervous system, and foster a sense of tranquility. Ideal for those looking to unwind, reduce anxiety, or recover from physical or emotional fatigue.

Key Benefits:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Enhanced flexibility and joint mobility

  • Greater mental clarity and emotional balance

  • Improved sleep and recovery from physical exertion

  • A sense of grounding and calm

Come with an open heart and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to yourself. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and nourish your soul.

Sharon Goodman, E-RYT®, YACEP®

While taking her 200hr yoga certification in 2006, Sharon was introduced to Restorative Yoga. She assisted her teacher, Betsy Ceva, in a weekly class and quickly understood the power of guiding and propping students to receive the many benefits of this practice. She continued her training by taking multiple courses with the expert restorative teacher, Jillian Pransky and continues to incorporate these teachings in her classes.
