Ready to explore the world upside-down?
In this workshop, you will be guided through the basics of safe and effective inversions. Whether you’re new to inversions or struggling with balance, we’ll focus on alignment, strength-building, and proper entry and exit techniques to help you feel confident and supported.
The main focus will be supported headstand, with some work on tripod headstand and pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) for those ready to challenge themselves. Expect drills to build strength, step-by-step instructions, and personalized guidance to help you progress safely.
Who is this for?
Intermediate yogis who are new to inversions or looking to improve their technique. If you’ve felt unsure about inversions, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to start practicing safely.
