Breathing, Energy and the Subtle Body Core Module

Wellness practices come in many forms. Among these, Pranayama and Energy Work are often cited as powerful and effective ways to cultivate to the mind, body & spirit connection.

Pranayama, or controlled breathing practices, are the gateway to opening our subtle bodies. Together, we will review, learn several different techniques, discuss their benefits and practice teach for different applications.

Subtle body or Energy connections are accessed through the teaching and understanding of chakras, koshas, vayus, mudras and more. Together, we will discuss in depth these subtle energies and how tapping into their power creates a deeper connection to ourself and the universe.

Included in this program will be workshops on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.

Sat May 18  12pm-5pm Subtle Energetics with Sharon Goodman

Sun May 19  12pm-5pm Subtle Energetics | Includes Mudra + Mantra Workshop with Jasmine McComas and Caroline Graham
