Suzanne Wadyka

Suzanne Wadyka started taking Iyengar yoga classes in New Jersey in desperation to heal her chronic back pain. Feeling too young to accept chronic pain she began a regular yoga practice experiencing difficulty with every pose attempted. One month into the practice she began to feel positive results in her body and poses. These early experiences directed Suzanne on a path to utilize yoga to alleviate her pain and use it as an opportunity to regain her athleticism and balance her body.A move to California several years ago gave her an opportunity to further explore her interest as she threw herself into experiments with varying styles of yoga. Vinyasa flow classes became her preferred style, allowing her the ability to be athletic, yet fun with fluid, soft and hard movements. Wanting to help others have fun on the mat and give them a taste of how asanas (or poses) can have a positive impact of the mind, body and spirit inspires her to want to share a yoga practice.
