Miranda DeSantis
Miranda is a dedicated student of yoga who completed Kaia Yoga 200 and 300 Hour Teacher Training programs. Miranda's classes are fun, playful, and designed to bring each of us to connect with the present moment through the huge and creative landscape of yoga.
Her experience in leadership development and coaching and her enthusiasm for bringing mindfulness practices into the workplace and everyday life influence her teaching. As such, her goal is to help students benefit from their experience in class, and then apply this when they step out of class. Miranda has experience teaching a variety of classes, but has particularly specialized in slow flow vinyasa, basics, restorative, and teaching yoga and meditation in the workplace.
