We will begin the session with sound healing then moving into breathing exercises to calm the body, providing the opportunity for each person to connect with their energy state, and developing self-awareness. Breath work encompasses a broad range of whole-being and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and emotional tension.
We will then move into Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation “yogic sleep” this is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. This practice stimulates the hormones in the pineal gland, which releases melatonin -- a hormone that reduces stress, boosts the immune system, and helps prevent illness. Helping to balance the brain hemispheres and promoting better mental performance.
Once everyone is in a deep state of relaxation, I will move into a chakra meditation prompting each person to manipulate their own energy. During this time, I will be receiving spiritual guidance on the collective group, connecting with each person individually and providing hands on energy healing. Energy healing is a natural therapy that gently balances the body’s life-force energy encouraging the body’s natural healing abilities. Promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.
