Wellness practices come in many forms. Among these, Meditation, Pranayama and Energy Work are often cited as 3 powerful and effective ways to cultivate to the mind, body & spirit connection.
Meditation is a mental practice that can promote relaxation and improve overall mental health. You will discuss and learn the importance of a personal practice and lead into teaching others the basics of Shamata meditation.
Pranayama, or controlled breathing practices, are the gateway to opening our subtle bodies. You will review, practice teach and learn practices for different applications.
Subtle body or Energy connections are accessed through the teaching and understanding of chakras, koshas, vayus, mudras and more. You will discuss these subtle energies and work with each other to teach them in connection to pranayama work.
The Power Trio Schedule:
Monday - Friday: July 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th & 28th
Meditation (Level 1): Monday - Thursday 11am-3pm
Pranayama & Energy: Friday (Earlier start time) - 10am-3pm
