Open to all, no prior experience necessary.

Singing Bowls Level 1 training will be a comparison of Bronze Singing Bowls w/ Crystal Bowl Certified Training for meditative uses. This training will help you understand various playing methods to raise your skillset while learning different meditation techniques.
We will be comparing different singing bowls along with the theory behind the uses, and the quality of sound that you want to look for in choosing a singing bowl to work with, or how to build your own harmonic set.

Skilled learned:
How to properly use the mallets
Bowl placements for different room settings
Understanding some different ways sound works including speed, pressure, and rotation to use for different singing bowls.
How to deepen a meditative experience
How to utilize the 5 elements in different ways.

Bowls and mallets will be provided to practice on or bring your own. 

A small amount of additional reading and homework required to complete the course.
