Join us for a transformative Restorative Yoga Workshop designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your body and mind. In this nurturing, supportive environment, we will explore gentle, restorative postures that are held for longer periods, supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to encourage deep relaxation.

Restorative yoga is not about exertion or pushing your limits but about surrendering into stillness and allowing your body to heal. This workshop will guide you through a series of carefully curated poses that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting rest, rejuvenation, and mental clarity. You’ll be gently led into each posture with mindful movement and breathing to calm the mind, ease tension, and deepen your sense of inner peace.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers a space to restore your energy, soothe your nervous system, and foster a sense of tranquility. Ideal for those looking to unwind, reduce anxiety, or recover from physical or emotional fatigue.

Key Benefits:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief

  • Enhanced flexibility and joint mobility

  • Greater mental clarity and emotional balance

  • Improved sleep and recovery from physical exertion

  • A sense of grounding and calm

Come with an open heart and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply connected to yourself. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and nourish your soul.

Hiromi Nomoto

Hiromi, E-RYT500, has completed her teacher training with Gina Norman at Kaia Yoga.

Hiromi is certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kids Yoga, as well as guided meditation.

She joined Kaia Yoga in 2015, and she has been having the best time meeting and teaching the inspirational yogis everyday at Kaia Yoga. She also teaches group classes and private sessions to meet the need of each client. Hiromi strongly believes that the breath is the connector and anchor between the mind and the body. The practice of Yoga asanas and breathing always helps us to create space and free obstacles within our bodies which frees obstacles in our body and allows us to live positively. She believes the beauty of practicing Yoga is that the discipline of our mind and body with our own spiritual intentions will help us to simply guide our own path.

Hiromi is here and willing to help others into their yoga journey so that they will help them comfortably be within their mind and body.
