Toni-Ann Mattera
Toni-ann grew an immediate love for yoga after her first class in 2015, intrigued by its challenges and victories, both physically and mentally. She completed her 200-hour vinyasa training at Kaia Yoga during Covid, feeling that as the world was closing down her mat was a place she would still be able to grow.
Toni-ann's teaching style is dynamic with a focus on progressive sequencing. She encourages her students to embrace their bodies in any variation of a pose, with the constant reminder that each body is different.
Toni-ann loves to travel and is grateful that she's been able to practice in places like The Grand Canyon, Italy and Australia. Her biggest passion in life is music- a love that shines through in her class playlists.
