Angela Kilcullen
Angela Kilcullen fell in love with yoga and became a certified instructor over fifteen years ago while dancing professionally for the NBA.
Her journey from dancer to yogi infuses her teaching with grace and the knowledge of how to create balance, flexibility and strength. Her classes are dynamic, yet fluid, with purposeful transitioning between postures.
Each class is thoughtfully choreographed with progressive sequencing to properly open and prepare the body for greater depth. You’ll also have fun and get out of your head. You may find yourself dancing or singing along to the upbeat playlist. You’ll most certainly sweat. You may stick an arm balance or handstand—or you may fall on your ass. It’s all a part of the learning process! Angela’s goal as a teacher is to create a safe space for her students to play, cultivate awareness and to let go of judgment and the need for perfection.
