Soul Circle offers an opportunity to come together and share with each other from the heart. Together we will co-create a safe, confidential, and inclusive environment where we tune into our bodies before sitting in a circle for an open discussion.
Each session will include elements of breathwork, very gentle yoga, and guided meditation. By preparing ourselves in this way, we are aligning ourselves to be present with each other and connect, making it possible to share more freely.
Our intention is to encourage and normalize the conversation around mental and emotional struggles and learn to hold space for each other so that we can start showing up differently for our families and communities.
