Sara Mignano
Sara Mignano’s connection to yoga has been cultivated over the last 20 years. Nurtured by her love to move as an athlete, she developed a physical practice first and expanded into breath and mind as her practice developed. This grew into a lifelong passion that rooted in New York City and blossomed into teaching in the Bay Area later on. On the mat Sara teaches what she has studied and practiced. Sara’s classes are an exploration of the body and mind, balancing form, and energy with playfulness while cultivating awareness and balance.
