Kathryn Merrifield

Originally from Southern California, then various stations in NYC and Westchester County, Kathryn Merrifield is a Greenwich resident and mom of three now giant kids, a dog and cat. She's a published author, writer, and digital marketing consultant with a specialization in content creation and SEO, who founded Kindred Marketing Consultants in 2020, to serve the thought leadership space around the future of work, HR tech and wellness. Kathryn is a special education advocate and New York Pet Rescue volunteer. Kathryn received her 200-hour RYT training through Kaia Yoga and continues a daily yoga practice. As a writer who derives and thrives off meaning, her favorite component to teaching are the yoga stories and the Kaia methodology that combines anatomical, physical and philosophical themes to the practice.
