Kaia Teachers Only: Kaia Methodology with Lisa Giordano

This interactive course is required for all Kaia teachers.

It is designed to ignite your creative passion for sequencing a dynamic and fun class for all levels of students.
You will connect with your fellow teachers; learn from each other, support one another during your time together.

What you will learn:

- Discuss The Kaia Yoga Method
- Learn the 4 Themes: Philosophical, Physical, Alignment, Peak Pose
- Review of the Asanas (with strong focus on alignments and variations)
- Create a dynamically sequenced class using the 4 themes
- Practice, Practice, Practice. Teaching. You will practice teach what you’ve learned.

When offered as a 2 Day course, It, also, acts as a start date for our 300hr Program.
