Open to all, no yoga or massage experience necessary.
Ancient Thai Massage uses stretches, acupressure and gentle rotations of the joints, combined with a soft and rhythmic flow.
We will spend 2 hours moving the tension out of your body and learning some basic Thai Massage techniques. These techniques are great to share with friends and helpful tools for yoga teachers.
