Kyle Greenberg
Kyle came to find yoga after an injury that prevented her from doing her normal exercise routine over 19 years ago. After taking only a few classes Kyle fell in love with yoga and all it’s benefits. At the time she was living in Mexico City. She and a friend decided to take their passion for yoga and start teaching yoga to the ex-pat community.
When she retuned to the US and the NY area, she decided to deepen her practice by getting her 200 Yoga teacher certification at Yogahaven in 2004. After completing her certification she immediately started teaching yoga in the Larchmont Mamaroneck community to both adults and children.
Kyle has also received an additional 50 hour certification from OM Yoga in NYC, (2005) and a 25 hour Lotus Flow certification from LL Studio, NYC, (2020). Kyle is also certified in Pilates mat, (2003) incorporating many of the principles of Core in her teaching.
Kyle loves the calmness and focus that yoga brings to her hectic life. She believes the yoga should be accessible to people of all levels and complement other activities and sports increasing strength, resiliency and flexibility. When she isn’t practicing or teaching yoga, Kyle loves to play tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball. Hiking, travel, visiting museums and attending theater are some of her other interests.
